Primary Responsibilities:
* Client contact
* Civil Discovery including Depositions
* Negotiation with Opposing Counsel
* Legal Research and Writing
* Attending Mediations and Court Hearings
* Management of case files
* Working Collegially with a Litigation Teams
Requirements:
* 2 year of experience as an attorney
* Proficiency in computer software databases
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
* Must be confident and comfortable communicating with a diverse group of clients over the phone
Preferred Requirements:
* Deposition experience
* Written Discovery drafting experience
* Motion Practice
