BHI is seeking a highly skilled Chief Pilot/Department Manager to lead our Part 91 flight operations in a small department operating one to two aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess substantial ight operations experience domestic and international, a strong understanding of Part 91 regulations, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and e ciency. Preference will be given to candidates with former Chief Pilot/Department Manager experience.

Starting salary $250K + depending on experience. Scheduled paid time off, comprehensive benefits package, and severance package included. Relocation expenses reimbursed up to $12K.
