Job Description

Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.Preferred qualifications:Experience developing agreements (e.g., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) at a technology firm.Experience discussing enterprise agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.Experience in supporting a goal carrying, enterprise promoting organization in the cloud, software, consulting, or technology space.Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Ability to clearly present problem-solving findings used to influence internal and external leadership.Excellent problem-solving, project management, business acumen, and communication skills. About the job In this role, you will be responsible for managing quote-to-cash agreement execution across the Google Cloud Security portfolio including pricing, quoting, and customer agreement discussions. You will partner closely with legal resources and Sales teams to structure agreements and work on non-standard term approvals for large and strategic agreements globally. You'll also help with sales on-boarding and enablement and with the design of various process improvements, including delivering requirements and maintaining accountability for all agreement functionality.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to Google Cloud’s Sales teams in the development and execution of commercial structures for strategic, complex or highly competitive direct and partner-sourced opportunities. Facilitate alignment and communication between Google Cloud’s Sales teams and other internal and external stakeholders to promptly resolve business and contractual issues and foster productive interactions.Support customers, internal and external, with contract interpretation, agreements, and administration of Google Cloud’s licensing and service agreements including amendments, extensions, and new business.Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with Google Cloud’s Business Practices' internal governance and approvals process.Cultivate best practices through analyses, projects, and reports contributing to the continued growth and scale of Google Cloud’s field sales operation.
