Sentara Healthcare is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a
Cyber Security Product Manager. Position Status : Full-time, Day Shift
Position Location: This position is remote with occasional travel to Virginia.
Standard Working Hours : 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Minimum Requirements: - 8+ years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product.
- Demonstrated knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security. required.
- Strong Commercial Background with experience of working with external customers, sales, and prior experience in building commercial offerings.
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree OR 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $100,760.40 to $167,934,00 annually.
Job Summary Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery. Serve as liaison between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure that team members understand project objectives. Maintain product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals. Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
Recognized as a subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional. Requires specialized skill set.
Conducts highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree or Certification
8+ years of relevant experience with a degree
10+ years of relevant experience without a degree
Qualifications: BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree
