Diaz Consulting we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing general support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to start a career in administrative support. 

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Manage calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Make travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Handle correspondence and prepare reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and messages
  • Provide general administrative support to senior executives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
