**Equipment Finance Sales Representative**

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Equipment Finance Sales Specialist to cover the Construction Industry for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance in UT, NV, MT and southern ID. Originate equipment loans with end users of construction equipment and cover the equipment dealers in the territory to do their retail finance deals.

This position has a base salary, bonus opportunity and commission plan

****In this role, you will:****

* Originate transactions in direct origination for new relationships and growth opportunities

* Manage and grow existing business relationships with commercial businesses

* Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

* Oversee growth opportunities and business relationships

* Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

* Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

* Interact with internal customers

* Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

****Required Qualifications:****

* 5+ years of Equipment Finance Sales Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

****Desired Qualifications:****

* Equipment Finance sales and/or underwriting experience.

****Job Expectations:****

* Originate and fund $45MM of loan or lease volume annually.
