Job Description As an Information Security Analyst, your main role is to protect computer systems and databases from unauthorized access and potential harm. You'll identify security risks, develop plans to mitigate them, and implement security measures. You'll also take on project leadership roles, develop and interpret security policies, and participate in compliance efforts. You'll be expected to stay updated on new security technologies and recommend their implementation. Part of your role includes developing training materials and conducting security awareness sessions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8-10 years of experience. You should have strong technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication protocols, cryptography, and application security. Experience in vulnerability testing and auditing is also required.
