The Opportunity Description We're looking for a
Health Insurance Manager (Remote) , working in
Healthcare Systems and Services industry in
Providence, Rhode Island, United States .
- Manage the application process and ensure all aspects of sales activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain pending applicants and provide follow up and reporting to our internal and external partners as needed.
- Investigate potential non-compliant enrollment issues and coordinate provision of final report, root cause analysis, and beneficiary impact reports.
- Demonstrate competency in investigating potential errors and evaluating root-cause analyses
- Manage the yearly recertification process to ensure the timely completion of renewals.
- Support the testing and validation of systems when required due to enhancements and/or changes.
- Document and maintain status reports related to sales process, audits, and other ad hoc initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a high level of service and quality to internal and external customers. Ensure account requests are executed within defined timelines in accordance to existing agreements and quality requirements.
- Coordinate the implementation of assigned accounts related to sale, benefits, enrollment, and administrative support; resolve processing and service related issues.
- Distribute data and member reports as requested to our internal and external customers to reconcile new member enrollment.
- Document and coordinate resolution to identified operational issues. Collaborate with management and internal departments to resolve issues and implement preventive measures.
- Assist team with department initiatives and projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required for Your Success - Associate's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare or Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years experience in service operations or sales environment Prior
- Health insurance product knowledge or experience
- Experience working with CMS marketing and enrollment guidelines
- Computer navigation skills
- Research and Analytical skills
- Written and verbal communications skills
