$25 hour Plus Commision

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing, prescreening and initial onboarding.

• Source and recruit candidates by using company's database
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct prescreens using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter qualified candidates
• Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and throughout contract
• Communicate daily with clients
• Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software (i.e. Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce, etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and autonomy
• Self-motivated, self-starter and takes initiative
