This position is hands-on installation, programming, and service for smart home automation equipment.
- rough construction, prewire, trim and final.
- terminate Cat6, RG6; fiber is a plus.

- hand tools, including crimpers, strippers, drills, chipping hammers, glow rods, etc.
- Mud rings, speaker brackets, camera, and access point mounts.
- Understanding blueprints is helpful.
- In new construction, you will be exposed to Florida weather, which is warm.
- You may also be required to go into attics or confined spaces.
- Knowledge of the following helpful: Honeywell panels and equipment, smoke detectors, Hikvision, Avycon & ICRealtime camera system, Lutron / Savant installers, landscape lighting, hurricanes, and bug screen installation.
- Any networking experience such are port forwarding, IP configuration, remote access setup. Programming background helpful, especially Savant, Araknis, and Lutron.
We will pay for training for the right individual.
This job requires your own set of working hand tools. Larger or more expensive tools such as chipping hammers, ladders and laptops will be provided.
