This is a remote position. This company is an EdTech SaaS startup based in Center City, Philadelphia. It offers a modern platform designed to foster meaningful interactions between students and their teachers—whether for in-person, blended, or online courses. They’re looking for a passionate, self-driven, innovative candidate who is looking for a long-term opportunity within the fast-growing Education Technology Space. Responsibilities Email Marketing - monthly newsletter creation, assist in execution of targeted campaigns, and evergreen lead nurturing campaigns to increase conversion rate of leads including segmentation, campaign design, copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates. Organic Social media content creation to increase brand awareness by increasing engagement and followers. Content Creation (e.g. thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics). Assist in the improvement of Salesforce Account Engagement and Salesforce Sales cloud usage to increase attribution tracking, reporting, and automation efforts. Identifying and applying to awards on behalf of the company. Work with clients and internal team members to produce and promote webinars. Support in the execution of national, external conferences (:10/year) and company-hosted events (:3-10/year). Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing. Requirements Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing, communications or related field; demonstrated success in digital marketing, preferably in edtech. 2+ years in a remote startup environment, preferably with a US-based company. Experience driving and executing email marketing campaigns, preferably in Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Salesforce Sales Cloud Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English level). Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy dynamic work environments Strong problem solving abilities Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style. Strong project management and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects with stakeholders inside and outside of the company to meet deadlines Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Ability to understand the brand look and feel and maintain it across visual and written asset creation No task is too big and no task is too small mindset Event planning background is a plus Experience with paid social media ad campaigns for B2B customer acquisition is a plus Access to consistent wifi Benefits $1,600 - $2,080/month 100% Remote from anywhere in Latin America #J-18808-Ljbffr
