Job Title: Medical, Legal, Review (MLR) Process SME
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
o Well versed with all MLR processes, rules, and regulations
o Serve as subject matter expert to consult and help standardize, optimize MLR processes
o Hands on experience using Veeva PromoMats for submission
o Experience with E2E Content Supply Chain & Modular Content
o Ability to prepare, execute, and present analytical findings (e.g. cycle time reductions)
o Quick learning abilities
o Extreme attention to details
o Ability to work cross-functionally and in an environment with changing priorities
o Sound business and technical acumen, especially in learning new software and platforms
o Excellent communication skills
o Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications
o Previous experience within healthcare and/or biotech industries
o Previous experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or compliance operations
o Supply chain experience in or out of marketing spaces
o Excellent software skills such as Microsoft Suite, Veeva PromoMat, Sharepoint, OneDrive
