Job Overview:
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the loan application process and offering expert advice every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients in understanding mortgage options and navigating the application process
- Evaluating clients' financial situations to determine eligibility for various loan programs
- Collaborating with lenders and underwriters to ensure seamless loan processing
- Collecting and analyzing necessary financial documents from clients

Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial and/or business lending, commercial mortgage brokerage, or residential loan origination
- Strong grasp of basic math principles and adeptness in complex calculations
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and financial sales techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, lenders, and key stakeholders
