Looking for a Full Time / Seasonal customer service agent
Buckman's Ski Shops is looking to fill a part time position for our online customer team in Whitehall, PA. Duties include, but not limited to:
* Answering incoming phone calls, emails and live chat sessions, providing excellent customer service
* Processing Return and Exchange Requests
* Working diligently to resolve any order fulfillment issues
* Communicating clearly to customers and other members of our customer service and fulfillment team members
* Other tasks as assigned
This person will have to interact with customers over the phone on a regular basis which requires a calm demeanor and ability to listen to their concerns while coming up with a solution to any problems that may arise. Must be a self-motivated team player.
