Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities can include managing the professional schedules of several technicians, ensuring our guests feel welcome, maintaining cleanliness and organization within our studio, and assisting with marketing. You will also be working closely with our office manager and company staff members to ensure everything within the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is incredibly organized, and can multitask, often working on multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and maintain a realistic, accurate calendar
• Greet and check out clients
• Answer and screen calls
• Order supplies
• Stock Product and inventory
• Work closely with many different people to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Ensure our studio stays clean and organized
• Assist with social media and marketing

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to multitask well

• Passion for the Beauty Industry and knowledge of the latest beauty treatments
