Job Description

Austin-based Entrepreneur is looking for a Personal Assistant to manage his day-to-day life and household. You will oversee the Principals' personal and family calendars, manage vendors for property maintenance and projects, organize the home, manage weekly grocery and supply shopping, and help with other various home and personal projects. You will also maintain record of expenses and invoices, help with inbox management, and assist with events and social gatherings. Someone who is extremely organized, anticipates needs, and has excellent critical thinking and project management skills. This hybrid role based near downtown Austin requires 2 days/week on-site at the home and every other Sunday for ~2 hours. 100-120K DOE + benefits. Responsibilities: Execute various tasks to support the Principal to ensure his days run smoothly. Cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders to support the needs of the Principal. Manage the Principal's calendars and schedules with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination. Manage and coordinate with various vendors for the home (cleaners, landscapers, maintenance and repair contractors, etc. Conduct research and compile data for analysis on home and personal projects. Handle special projects as directed (events, parties, social engagements, etc.). Maintain and update vendor, nanny, and personal contact databases. Maintain the principal's vehicle (registration, inspections, routine maintenance). Oversee routine maintenance and repairs by liaising with vendors. Manage weekly grocery shopping, supplies, and online purchases for the principal. Open, sort, and organize daily mail and packages. Manage weekly trash and recycling collection. Keep records of home and miscellaneous expenses. Maintain an organized and calm home environment (light cleaning, organization, resetting home on weekdays and select weekends). Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support. Discretion and confidentiality. Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities. Critical thinking; problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools, and literate in light budgeting and financial concepts. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Relevant certifications are a plus. *Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions.
