Monitor log events and report alerts. Incorporate the monitoring and managing of IT and SAS resources into a service management strategy by using the detailed metric information stored in the SAS Environment Manager and the reports provided in the Report Center SAS programming skills are used to query, compare, summarize, and analyze data. Tool Administration services include operational enhancements, maintenance, and support of SAS environments. Implement standard programming for data pre-processing and data post-processing.
