Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at Wiseguy Pizza. As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of service, guest satisfaction, and team performance

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Interact with guests to ensure exceptional service, address concerns, and enhance their overall dining experience.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the restaurant during your assigned shifts, including managing guest reservations and table assignments.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant policies.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including procurement, stocking, and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor and manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, billing, and expense control.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to upholding them.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
