Job Title: Accountant (Temporary)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Temporary (1 week per month)

Compensation: $40/hr

Role Overview: As a Temporary Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting management by delivering concise and accurate financial data, assisting with month-end close reporting requirements, and fulfilling other ad hoc requests as necessary. This temporary position requires dedication and attention to detail during the end of each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and daily reporting, including invoices and other financial documents.
• Provide general accounting support, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and assistance with the month-end close process.
• Support the Accounting and Finance team with data analysis tasks, including Oracle data exporting and other related activities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reporting packages.
• Fulfill assigned internal audit duties to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with Oracle software is required.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
