Job Description:

The Wellness Coach will work in the Wellness Department as a Wellness Coach for Mary Lanning employees as well as employees at other businesses in Hastings contracted with Mary Lanning. The candidate will also do CliftonStrengths coaching as well as develop and present educational programs both inside and outside Mary Lanning.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Health Promotion, Education, or Health related field required. Masters Degree preferred.

Experience: 2 years experience working in a wellness education field preferred.

Certifications/Licenses: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required. Current drivers license required. Gallup Certified Strengths Coaching certificate (within 6 months of hire) required.
