Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the Account Director and CEO on new business pitches and cross-selling opportunities. Proposal and RFP Support: Assist in the preparation of contract, bid, proposal, and RFP submissions to secure new business. Content Creation: Participate in blogging and content creation for the agency blog. Agency Brand Growth: Manage and contribute to the growth of the agency's brand. Events and Networking: Attend industry events and network to foster client relationships and identify new opportunities. Administrative Tasks: Coordinate with the creative team to ensure project delivery. Negotiate with clients and vendors on behalf of the agency. Experience: 5-10 years of experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field. Proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams to achieve the company's overall growth goals.
