Assembler - Manufacturing position with great benefits and job security

We are the premier Automotive builder in Salem that specializes in logistics, complex assembly services that include full vehicle assembly for the Automotive industry. We serve the MACK truck plant in Salem since 2019 and are steadily expanding.

The position: We are looking for Assemblers to work night shift, Sunday through Thursday 10pm to 630am.

Your responsibilities:

• You will perform basic assembly work using tools and equipment provided on the production line.
• You will monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks as applicable.
• You will maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• You will operate hand-controlled and computer-controlled machines and tooling.
• All faults and defects detected by you will be reported to the team leader.

• You are a team player that gets along well in a culturally diverse workplace.
• You have outstanding attendance records.
• You know how to work with the most common tools and understand how to follow a process from start to finish.
• You don't mind being on your feet for the duration of your shift lifting parts up to a weight of 50 pounds.
• You have basic knowledge of the English language.
• We'd love it if you had previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
