We are looking for an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of practice in bankruptcy law. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bankruptcy proceedings, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of providing high-quality legal representation to clients facing financial distress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial situations to determine the most appropriate course of action.
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings, negotiations, and meetings with creditors.
• Advise clients on bankruptcy alternatives, such as debt consolidation or restructuring, when applicable.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of bankruptcy cases.
• Stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations to provide informed legal advice to clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, documentation, and billing records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creditors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional client service and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• In-depth knowledge of bankruptcy laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
