The Opportunity - Career Coaching

The career coaching opportunity provides graduating students with experiences to prepare and sharpen their skills as they attempt to enter the workforce. As part of the career coaching, students will receive guidance on resume building, interviewing skills, and career research/guidance.

First Stage Career Coaching Goals:

• Establish a solid resume that prepares you for the right position
• Understand what's required to create a favorable impression in the interview process
• Develop a career profile on LinkedIn that builds credibility and content for companies to review in the interview process.
• Discover potential professional talents through the Predicative Index

Second Stage Coaching Goals:

• Land two interviews in the profession of choice
• Receive three endorsements on LinkedIn
• Enter the workforce using the tools and gifts you have discovered

Throughout the coaching experience we expect the students to demonstrate the following:

• Having a Positive Attitude
• Remaining Coachable
• Demonstrating a Strong Work Ethic by being timely and productive no matter the task
• Passionate about Serving Others and Collaborating to make a difference
