What our client needs:
- Administrative Support:
- Calendar and Communication Management
- Process Documentation
- Travel arrangements and itinerary generation
- Operational Support:
- Project Management - Full-cycle project planning and execution through Asana (Create project boards, implement action plans, delegate tasks, ensure follow through and completion)
- Personal Assistance:
- Household Task Management Support
- Occasional Errands or shopping as needed
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to dissect leader's vision and convert into action plans.
- Ability to pivot plans for directional changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to match the style and tone of leader in professional communications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Entrepreneurs
- Availability for early morning check-ins and responsiveness outside of standard hours when necessary.

The role requires at least four years of Executive Assistant experience.
LOCATION SPECIFICS.
Candidates need to be able to work remotely and occasionally do on-site work in Phoenix. Based on experience, flexibility on location is available.
