Our Team at Ultralete Fitness is looking for a positive and educated personal trainer who will perform as an indepent contractor for our gym. The fitness coach will represent Ultralete Fitness to clients by delivering a positive fitness experience and quality personal training sessions by leading clients. You will be asked to bring in your own clients as well as using our brand and marketing to help fill your schedule.
Essential Resposibilities:
*Running a well managed personal training schedule and holding clients accountable to making their sessions
*Designing and delivering comprehensive fitness programs leading your clients to specific goals that include appropriate exercises, genergal nutrition and fitness lifestyle.
*Set expectations and hold clients accountable for reaching their goals, as well as tracking progress.
*Be on time for your sessions, giving a enthusiastic experience to your clients.
*Build and generate a strong fitness business through new client acquisition and retention
*Hold your own personal trainer liability insurance for your clients.
*Utilize Social Media to demonstrate knowledge and motivation to followers and used as a marketing tool.
*Scheduling of personal training sessions.
