Location: Reading Salary: 9.00ph plus benefits About the Role Our Health and Fitness Coaches have a really important job to make our members feel great!
As our Health and Fitness Coach you will use your ability to build rapport with our members to deliver fantastic customer service and gym engagement. This is a service based role where you will deliver Gym floor classes, Family Products and drive gym engagement through the roof! You will be our gym floor role model in setting the service standards bar very high.
Dont worry - you dont need lots of experience, in fact all you need to have is a REPS or CIMSPA recognised Level 2 Fitness qualification, bags of enthusiasm and passion and we will take care of the rest! We like to think we have the best environment, the best equipment and most importantly, the best people in the industry. We believe any age is the right age, so whether you are looking to kick start your career with us for the first time or if you are now retired and looking to stay active to inspire others, we want to hear from you.
You will need to be fully flexible on shift patterns as our members like to train day and night and it goes without saying that we want you to be passionate about health and fitness.We will provide you with a state of the art environment to work and play and you will have access to the best equipment the industry has to offer.
