The Host/ Hostess gives the first and last impression ambassador of the restaurant. The host greets each guest with energy, enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor and provides a warm welcome and a fond farewell. The host seats guests in a timely manner and provides an energetic, professional and engaging introduction to the dining experience. The host diplomatically handles waitlist and special requests with a positive attitude and offers guests all available options. Stays abreast of floor plan information and seating rotation and accurately uses guests names and information.
So cozy, so low-keyand so secluded, you may have missed it. Down a walkway framed with greenery, housed in the Family Entertainment Center, The Italian Restaurant opens each evening for family supper, serving authentic antipasti, salads, pastas, brick-oven pizzas, seafood, and other classicsboth indoors and out.
