Land Intern Summary :

Entry level Marketing intern position. Includes assisting in all aspects of new home community marketing.

• This position requires assisting the marketing team with all aspects of new home marketing including implementation of social media posting and engagement, community signage, advertising, digital marketing and general marketing department support. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, to be able to cope well under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn, and a professional, supportive attitude.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Currently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing
• Must possess initiative and be highly motivated
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word on Mac or PC platforms
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Follow directions from a supervisor
• Interact well with co-workers
• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
• Accept constructive feedback
• Team player

Physical Requirments:

Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities. Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

General Overview of Compensation:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to be $18.50/an hour , subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations.
