Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $1,000 - $1,300 per week

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and providing administrative support to our leaders. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks with professionalism, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events.
5. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
6. Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
