Job Description

The Personal Assistant role will be supporting either an Executive or an Executive team, both professionally and personally. You'll manage calendars, travel, projects, and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining strict confidentiality and top-notch communication. As a highly organized and proactive individual, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of duties for an Executive or Executive team, both professionally and personally.
• Manage appointment scheduling and meeting/event logistics; maintain assigned calendars.
• Provide support and coordination on personal and professional projects, with the ability to quickly re-prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Manage travel arrangements, including pre-authorizations.
• Ensure event logistics are planned appropriately and in advance of the event.
• Distribute and track documents, ensure proper routing/approvals and deliver or file when finalized.
• Administer, organize and maintain files, both electronically and in hard copy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent projects.
• Excellent follow-up and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and autonomously on a daily basis.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Mail and Office365.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance required.

Schedule:

• Primarily 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
• Some evening and light weekend work needed on occasion
