Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Manager based in the Indianapolis, IN area.

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating new locations in assigned territory (Indiana and Kentucky)
• Driving markets, generating lists of available sites and calling on property owners
• Manage local brokers to implement market strategy and identify sites
• Prepare, tour and present real estate packages to executive team
• Negotiate LOIs, Purchase/Sale Agreements in collaboration with legal teams to acceptable standards
• Provide professional real estate expertise within the specified market
• Participate in weekly calls and meetings with corporate via conference calls and in person

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, Exempt
• 50 hours
• Travel time: 80% of the time will be spent in the field; will require occasional overnight travel for territory management and various meetings. Remainder of your time, work from your home office.
• Occasional travel to the corporate office in Nashville area for meetings and check-ins
• Benefits available including medical and dental
• Main office location is in the Nashville area

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred but not required
• 1-5 years demonstrated experience in:
  • Retail real estate development in Indiana and Kentucky
  • Site selection/deal making experience in the retail/service industry
• Business and Negotiation acumen in real estate; Demonstrated deal making ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and strong relationship skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Creative problem solving abilities and outstanding organizational skills
• Tech savvy; Strong computer proficiency; Excellent in MS Office applications and GIS applications
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• Highly motivated, self-starter
