Salary: $21.72 - $33.92 Hourly

Our company is currently seeking a Tele-chat representative to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Tele-chat representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, engaging with customers, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide prompt and friendly service to customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Address customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
