• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three recent letters with original signatures)
• Other (CSET exam copy)

• Test Results/Materials (CBEST or equivalent basic skills exam)

• Crosscultural, Language and Academic Development Certificate (or equivalent English Learner authorization which may be embedded on CA credential)
• Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate (with Autism Spectrum Disorders added authorization)
OR Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Moderate/Severe
