Responsibilities: Spearhead recruiting and delivery efforts Coordinate all temporary staffing assignments in your territory Maintain service to current clientele. Continuously build a database of qualified candidates Interview, screen, and facilitate candidates for assignments Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants Compensation: Starting at $30,000 (based on experience) PLUS Bonuses Available Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday) Qualifications: MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Previous experience in Staffing & Recruiting is preferred General knowledge of labor and employment practices Ability to network and connect with people Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and articulate presentation in person and on the phone Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Must have a working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and Google Apps.
