Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals. In collaboration with peers and leader, this role will explore proactive and innovative recruitment strategies. The position is accountable for collaborating with TA leadership and stakeholders to ensure that TA objectives align with the Compass Group growth strategy and business this role, the TA Manager will manage a team of geographically dispersed recruiters and clients. Duties & Responsibilities:Participate in building a data-driven recruiting organization to measure the ROI of recruitment products/programs and drive team productivity. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and manage effective recruitment strategies. Using data and demonstrated best practices, develop a trusted advisor relationship with the internal clients to positively impact recruitment decisions. Mentor and develop a professional organization built on operational excellence, skill development, innovation, and expertise.Promote a culture that inspires, encourages and motivates Recruiters to become trusted advisors. Participate in budget preparation and maintain on-going financial accountability for assigned area.Co-lead recruitment projects and change management initiatives. 20-30% travel. Experience & Education: 6-8 years' recruitment leadership experience in a multi-division or matrixed recruitment team. Established leadership skills to encourage team growth and development.Strong desire to manage and continuously assess forward-thinking recruitment practices. Proven aptitude for developing and using recruitment metrics and data to tell a story.Advanced social media expertise, to include technology and ROI analysis. Working knowledge of employer branding best practices.Demonstrated ability to influence recruitment decisions. Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS.Exceptional verbal and written communications termediate-expert level skills in Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field. Desired QualificationsAdvanced degree in Human Resources Management. Previous recruitment project management experience. Experience implementing an ATS or CRM product.SPHR/PHR certified. Advanced recruitment data analytics experience.
