**Position Overview:**

This position is primarily responsible for performing general maintenance tasks on a daily basis that include, but are not limited to the following duties.

* General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and minor leaks.

* Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, and broken tiles.

* Minor cosmetic updates to apartments, entrances, and common areas such as painting, plaster, sanding, and wallpaper installation.

* General Electrical work, such as, replacing light fixtures, smoke alarm, oven vent, outlets and GFI.

* Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and driveways.

* Minor window repair such as window balance and replacing installing screens

* Compactor, recycling, and garbage removal etc.;

**Job Requirements:**

* 1-3 years of experience.

* Basic carpentry and electrical skills.

* Ability to solve problems and pay attention to details.

* Friendly, positive team player.

* Ability to work well under pressure.

* Good time management skills.

* Ability to follow instructions.

**Required Experience:**

* 2 years of prior handyman experience

**Requirements:**

* Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
