Job Description The Marketing Generalist Intern is tasked with a broad variety of inbound and outbound marketing activities and operates within a deadline driven environment. Marketing activities include supporting Sales Channel Enablement, Events, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Channel Enablement Support:
- Supports the go-to-market plans with tactical execution of assigned activities and with a marketing promotion mix both inbound and outbound.
- Supports channel partner field events in planning execution
- Revises/creates marketing collateral as needed utilizing tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Manages inventory of printed literature from vendor(s), updates visual management tools, and makes recommendations for replenishment.
Events, Marketing Communications Digital Marketing Support:
- Assists in tradeshow planning execution. Duties may include active engagement in tradeshow planning, staffing hotel logistics, ordering services, shipping coordination, and on-site exhibit management.
- Coordinates with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure product content on the website is current and effective.
- Assists with creation of social media calendar. Creates content and posts. Collects and analyzes metrics; makes adjustments to maximize business impact
Perform additional tasks as needed in support of Marketing and Sales to help move the organization forward.

- Preferred experience with digital platforms such as WordPress, Pardot, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some travel may be required, up to 10%
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or minimum three years undergraduate education in Marketing discipline
